I met my friend there this past Wednesday to celebrate her birthday. We met at the location in the Walt Whitman mall We were seated in a booth as we had requested. There we sat for about 20 minutes before our server acknowledged us . After taking our order we didn’t receive so much as water for another 1/2 hour . She disappeared for about 50 minutes . I went to the front and mentioned we hadn’t seen our server .we asked what’s taking so long? She claimed it was because I ordered my burger well done . Well my burger arrives and not only wasn’t it well done but it wasn’t the one I ordered . I send it back and my friend starts eating her fish which was a bit cold and I wait . Someone from management was taking care of me now and he brings me a new order . Also not the one I ordered and with fries not the salad I ordered . This was the 2 nd attempt How does a restaurant take 4 tries to fill a simple order. No apology when it took 2 more tries to get my simple order correct . I had to pack it up cause I wasn’t hungry any longer . We got a slice of cheesecake which we had to ask for and they offer for birthdays . I asked for them to take the burger off the check as it took 4 tries to get it correct .An accusation from the actual manger that I was looking for free food! I shouldn’t have had to ask for it ! Nothing about the fact i was sharing my friends birthday with her and we ate completely separately .nothing about our horrible experience I just didn’t want to pay for hamburger. He kept saying the incorrect orders were no big deal. I guess they wanted me to pay and eat what they wanted not what I wanted . The upsetting part was they felt they did nothing wrong . The miserable attitude complimented the miserable experience of a restaurant that used to be a fun good place to dine . Turns out our server was apparently covering us on the opposite side of the restaurant where her section was and was offering no service to us under protest cause she had to go back and forth . Her misery was clearly visible as she never once checked on us .Apparently everyone is unhappy there which means management isn’t doing their job and needs to move to a quiet location where they can sit and not do anything. Unprofessional and angry attitude there . Stick with places that are happy to see customers.also, I made several attempts to call and leave a voicemail for their customer service as you can’t get one on the phone during business hours so after 4 voicemail attempts I gave up and decided never to return. I could only hope there is completely new management there now that time has passed and they are there to act professionally and do their management jobs not just delight in the fact they are managers but have no clue what...

And had the displeasure with the general manager whoever is in charge what a difficult woman and she's in the wrong business her name is Brianne Wasn't very forthcoming with giving up her real name or her last name. She wasn't clear so maybe her name is Francis. All you can know is that she wasn't really interested so I don't understand why the cheese factory has such an individual that does not know how to engage with her customers and if she is like that with her customers I can only imagine the torture that she puts her staff thru, vibe she gave was typical narcissistic behavior with the abuse of power! I work with franchises like them or larger venues such as hotels and more!!! She was Extremely unprofessional like she said for me to call and make the review... fine honey here I am! Either you refund my money but not don't say that you volunteered the food because you didn't! and you weren't really interested in engaging.... this is for your boss and I'm also calling corporate because I'm not really concerned about the food but the attitude given. I love the cheesesteak factory, After this event I'm gonna make sure that she remembers to be pleasant to her staff or the people that go and waste their money so they can go and simply won't be compensated back or make an effort to fix! I don’t need ur condescending bs! Lol! but if you are the supervisor or manager and the head honcho Brianne Whom thinks she's above and she doesn't have a boss. Read moreReally frustrated by this location yesterday. I came for a birthday dinner, and we got a nice quiet booth which was great. Sat down, got our drinks and ordered food. I ordered the factory chopped salad with extra chicken. Now, I'm someone who doesn't send things back. I've had lots of food or drink orders I eat or drink even if they're not right, even if the coffee is bitter or food is burnt. Yesterday I had to send it back THREE Times because it had no chicken, no apple, no avocado, no bacon, and maybe a sliver or 2 of tomato, all if which are listed ingredients on the menu, but where nowhere to be found among the lettuce. Someone came out to tell me the chicken is in there, but it's chopped up. I asked him to show me a couple bites of chicken, and the employee could only show me 1 tiny square bite, and repeated to me that the chicken is chopped up really small. Apparently it's microscopic?? I had specifically asked for extra chicken the first time I'd ordered and now it's 2 hours later, others have already finished eating, and the guy is arguing with me telling me he chopped my extra chicken so small you can't see it. Are you kidding me? Why can't you just add some chicken. Don't forget it was my birthday dinner. I ended up getting a Greek salad instead, which was without dressing and required 3 minutes of salt shaking to be edible. Knowing that I never put salt on anything, my friend actually asked why I was salting my salad like it was the weirdest thing she's seen. I also got the wrong cheesecake for desert, and again was told that it is the one I ordered. It wasn't, I had even taken a picture of the exact one I ordered and received something different. Honestly the worst birthday dinner/worse ordering experience of my life, took 2.5 to 3 hours to get a tiny tiny Greek salad and the wrong dessert,and I left hungry on my birthday and frankly really upset. My friends meal also had chicken so hard and rubbery that after spitting her chicken out onto the plate 3 seperate times (which she tried to hide) , she gave up trying to cut the chicken to eat it, and just ordered another drink, and took her uneaten meal home for the dog. We ate more bread than anything else. So incredibly disappointed because previous meals there have been great but after this I'll probably never go back. On top of everything, after leaving we realized they overcharged for my small Greek salad. At least the cherry cheesecake a friend...
