Terrible service from the girls who work there, yesterday I went to buy a foundation, of course they all offer to help you, but when you ask for help they have no patience and leave you with another girl to help you, and this another girl is a little confused. Off course they have more important thing to do it (be in gossip). Or they only look for âgringoâ people to help because if you are Latina they don't want to help you because it seems like discrimination to me. Only one lady very kindly approached me to help me seeing what happened, I asked her if she was from customer service and she told me that she was from the cleaning staff, but this lady was so excellent with me who helped me find a foundation that fits my skin and many other things, which I ended up buying $173.69 for me and $252.90 for my sister who was doing a video conference with me, because she also needed makeup. I forgot the lady's name, but that lady should have a customer service position, she told me that she didn't speak English, and maybe is the reason that she canât have a better position, and I thought! How many customers who speak Spanish come here to buy. I hope to return and see the lady who helping me again, but I hope they give her a promotion, because she deserves it. For future references, they should better train the other girls to improve and provide excellent service or have patience when a customer is going to buy. So I am giving only 3 stars but is for the terrible services for the others ladies from customers services, because for things like that I prefer do no have any help, and try to find by myself whatever I need.    Read moreOn my Sephora app, I booked the Sephora collection event. Which is where you go in and ask and can even try on the products and get samples and a goodie bag! This morning I went in and was handed over to a women named Mattie. All she did was tell me what each product was and talk to me as if I was a child. Even asking for a color match on the foundation was clearly an inconvenience to her! I really wanted more information on the blushes but I didnât dare ask her because she made it known that I was bothering her! Forget getting any samples or a goodie bagâŠ.I was told that they donât have any samples!!! Why does a store have these event or even work with people you donât want to help!? Honestly with all the money I spend in this store it was just so rude and disgusting behavior from the the people that work in the store!    Read moreI went to Sephora this afternoon ( 8/18/24), trying eye pencils, picked up 3 eye pencils 2 Charlotte Tilbury double ended eye pencils and 1 Charlotte Tilbury regular black pencil when a saleswoman came up to me asked me to put everything in a basket in a threatening / intimidating tone ' I AM ASKING YOU TO PUT EVERTHING IN THE BASKET'. When i was in the line to pay, I saw people holding stuff in their hands and not in the basket. When I told her that why she asked me to put stuff in the basket when others holding things in their hands, she said that's because she didn't interact with them ((She passed everyone with no baskets and came directly to ask me to put stuff in the basket in a very very rude tone which other customers also noted)and said its our store policy. I responded that she should have been polite to which she responded she was.
