My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite while we were at the mall, our expectations were decent quality food with good service. We walked in and were seated within moments of arriving, the atmosphere appeared to be good and the food looked appetizing. We should have left once I saw how filthy the tables were and that my cutlery had large chunks of food on both the knife and the fork, but I was hungry. A couple of minutes in our water glasses were filled and we had decided what we wanted, it took an additional 15 minutes before the waiter decided to touch the table. He asked us if we needed a few more moments to decide or if we were ready. After close to 20 minutes already we knew what we wanted and ordered. The waiter neglected to ask if we wanted drinks and we did not suggest that we would like to purchase additional items. 15 minutes later the food arrived and my water glass was empty which the staff had ignored or not seen. The food was not good, my wife got a grilled cheese which looked like a hot mess, and I apparently ordered a dried old chicken press with wilted sour tasting lettuce. We both ordered french fries, and it is safe to say I have had better french fries at a cafeteria. 10 minutes into eating I was finally given more water by someone, but never saw the waiter again. The food was barely edible and after what we had experienced we just wanted to leave so I placed my credit card on the table to indicate that we wanted to pay. Yet this is clearly not a place that picks up on subtlety so after few minutes we asked someone bussing the tables if he could get our check. He curtly picked up my credit card off the table, charged my card, and came back, dropping the check and card abruptly on the table. Which I guess is what we asked for. Our experience with the service here was horrible, the waiter did not check on after our food was served, we couldn't finish our food, and left feeling like it was a problem for us to be customers in this...

We have been patrons of this restaurant since it opened and have typically enjoyed our meals and experience very much. Today we stopped in for lunch. It was pretty bustling. We each ordered the salmon salad from the daily special. The host and servers were all very friendly. It took a while to get our food. When it finally arrived, immediately we noticed that the salads shrunk to half their size. What we loved about their salads in general are that they were inventive, delicious, and pretty plentiful. Although the salads this time around were tasty, they were very meager in size. The salmon was incredibly thin (maybe a third of the standard in most restaurants). Even the greens were lacking. So, mostly the salad was comprised of beans, beets, and onions which is a shame. We eat out often and order salmon salads pretty frequently and the sizes are always enough. Today we were left unfortunately very hungry, as hungry as when we came. We realize eateries everywhere are raising prices, but we haven't encountered anyone dwindling their portions to such an extent. While we love this restaurant, we may have to think twice before deciding to dine there again soon, especially if we're...

BUGS!! BUGS EVERYWHERE!!! Stay away from this gross establishment. The food was bad but the BUGS were WORSE. It was like having dinner in a third-world country. Most people dined outside but we decided to dine inside. MISTAKE. The back area by the kitchen is SWARMING with fruit flies. The waiter told us it was because they keep the front door open but that made no sense. The bugs were coming from the kitchen--- I asked another waiter "are there a lot of bugs in the kitchen?" he said "yes, someone is coming on Monday to take care of it!". WHAT THE ACTUAL. I got up and moved to another table, but the bugs FOLLOWED OUR FOOD! We tried to finish our food: I had a cold vegetable burrata sandwich with what were absolutely NOT hand cut fries (more like the frozen mass produced variety). My wife had a sandwich of overcooked salmon that was absolutely not "pesto crusted". I paid my check and ran out. Almost $100, with tip! They are NUTS. I almost want to go back just to take pictures of the sorry state of this...

We’ve been to Gastronomy before (In February) and the food was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that they served chicken parm with shell pasta. It just doesn’t work. Just don’t offer it until you have linguine or spaghetti. No brainer. We just recently dined and the food was horrible. The Calamari was overcooked (which happens sometimes). The chicken scampi with zoodles (zucchini as pasta) was...well......have you ever seen the movie Oliver?? Ok, that’s what it was. Slop. I cannot believe the executive chef allowed that dish to make it to the menu. The zucchini and broccoli were so overcooked. They only need a simple blanch or sauté with scampi. In addition to that, the nachos had a cheese sauce that tasted more like milk, not cheese. It looked good with zero flavor :( To top it off, I was served whipped butter instead of sour cream. It was my mother’s birthday. We all picked at the food and left hungry. What a waste.

What a find! Tucked quietly in the back corner of Saks. Entrance reminds me of an old speakeasy. The food was fresh and delicious. Many choices of all varieties of lunch. Salads made custom to your liking. Grab a menu and circle what you want. In return you will receive a large salad made exactly as you wished. I tried the Chipotle corn soup. Very delicious. But rich. Decided on the chicken barley. What a win that was. A must try. One disappointment was that I asked for the French onion soup, and was informed the chef didn't have the onions for it. Other than that, I hope everyone tries this cute restaurant. Btw it's a really cool bar for happy hour!! Enjoy. I forgot to mention there also is an outdoor patio. You can enjoy fresh air and sun while you eat! My husband hat scallops and shrimp risotto. I had chicken wings. Both outstanding.

A bit strange to say for a place that is not a Japanese restaurant but I would recommend the sushi. The melville roll was fresh and flavorful. The menu had alot of options which could statisfy alot of diverse eaters, but we had two sandwiches, which the ingredients were well made/fresh but lacked a memorable favor punch and came off a bit bland... Kind of like the chef was afraid of seasoning. Anyway there were alot of options and what looked like a good bottomless brunch special. The staff were very friendly and there was a good size outdoor patio. I would return and give it another shot.
