I had a project that was dear to me…. a real new york city pay phone …. i wanted it framed or mounted to convey its importance as an idea or romantic remembrance of my life in the 1980’s growing up in college without a cell phone …. and just a pay phone down the hall. Anyway there is only one man and one store for such a big crazy idea. the phone alone is 45 pounds of chunky steel. Scott had the ideas; samples and contacts to show me how my idea could look. it is without any reservations that i gave him this idea and project. i’m so happy with the personal attention i have received and unlike chain stores or “framing mills” it really means something to have my memories framed by a real artist who cares. i cannot recommend this store enough. it is the best frames by the best people and you can bet that if you have a memory (even a 45 lb steel subway pay phone) they can frame it so the memory can surround you in your everyday life and bring you joy each time you see it.
