Jack Green Men's Shop — Local services in Town of Irondequoit

My son needed a tux or suit for the prom that’s just under a week away.

I really wanted a place in Rochester that wasn’t a chain store.

I looked online and Jack Green had the best reviews. So we went and amazed — to walk into a shop and have someone guess sizes of customers on the spot and be right even after taking a measurement shows the level of experience and knowledge. And when there was a chance there were no black tux or suits in my sons sizes. We were told one could be ordered and at the store by Tuesday. That’s customer service. Still not convinced reading this review, we weren't the only customers in the store and still were being taken care of at the same level as everyone else shopping.

I’m beyond impressed and appreciative!

And pricing is just right.

Next time anyone I know needs a suit this is my place! And the only place I will shop and refer to...

First off "Frank greeted and welcomed me to the store he was very polite his knowledge and expertise is spot on he knew what size I wore just from looking at me even before the measurements he has a wide variety of suites, shoes and dress clothes he even has accessories to give you that extra flare to make you stand out more prices are competitive but still cheaper then other places so that's a plus, I went in there looking for 1 suit and walked out with 10 items as you can see I liked what I saw and purchased immediately... this really is a 1 stop shop for evreything you need from head to toe.. Great prices, great selections and most of all great customers service I will be back...

I needed to find a nice suit for a very important occasion, and Frank hooked me up kind of last minute. And he HOOKED me up!! People were calling me Steve Harvey all day and night!! The suit was crazy and frank was amazing!! From start to finish! Pricing was great, quality is great, service is like going and talking to an old friend. He took care of me! I brought my sister and niece and they both said the suit would look great on me and frank made it happen! Can't say enough great things! My son wants to go in for suits too! I know I'll be back in.
