10 Stars! The (sad) task of organizingand choosing a funeral floral arrangement is difficult and even harder when that someone is very special. So I began searching different websites of Florists for a beautiful spray. It wasn't long before I came across Red Rose, I have driven by their location on (E. Ridge Rd) for years, so I decided Red Rose it is! Due to a few changes on the final service times, I went on short notice (less than 24°) before calling hours to place the order for a dear friend/amazing neighbor and wanted the piece to represent the street/neighborhood as myself and too many other neighbors to list donated too. I had a vision of what/how the Flowers (all yellow for Friendship!) should look like! When Sue heard me out, she was quite puzzled, but came thru 100% !!!! Our expectations were exceeded on how amazing it turned out! The piece was definitely a first for her and every person that attended Services for our beloved friend commented on our arrangement. I cannot say enough about Sue and her team for their kindness, accommodating our unusual vision, and coming thru in the eleventh hour! I ordered flowers and a stuffed animal for my daughter to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. She is working away from home this year and really misses her family and dog. The flowers were delivered but no stuffed animal- which was a key part of the gift. When I called to let them know that part of my order was missing, they said there was nothing they could do except credit my account or deliver it on another day. There was no effort to make it right and no apology whatsoever. I felt like I was bothering her. When you have a business, it’s your job to make things right for your customers. HOLY FLOWERS!!! Alisha was great during the whole planning process of our wedding. She knew my vision of flowers before I even did. She was attentive on the day of! She added small touches of detail to my bouquet such as jewels and beading around the stems which added a gorgeous touch! She arrived early to do all the pinning of boutonnieres, grandparents and whatever else was needed! She arrived at the reception venue early with all centerpieces in hand and looking gorgeous!!
