Learn moreOkay so this was an overall unpleasant experience. We were on way back from Seabreeze and my adult autistic son got to choose where we had dinner and opted for KFC. This was the closest one. It was a little after 5 last Saturday, but we were please to see no one in line and no one in the restaurant, besides 1 person waiting in the mobile orders line. There was a fairly steady stream of drive-thru customers. So it took over 10 minutes before our order was taken. We ordered only 2 combos, 1 bowl and an order of fries. A pretty basic, Not big order. During that time, the mobile order pickup line fluctuated between 2-3 people, all of whom waited over 20 mins and looked very angry by the time they left. I kid you not, it was 41 (!!!) minutes from the time we ordered until our food was done and presented to us! This was after the initial 10+ mins before order taken. They are lucky our usually very impatient son with autism was still on a positive wave from Seabreeze and we were able to keep him occupied and distracted and not mad for the most part for that almost hour wait! As for the food - the fries thankfully were fresh! The bowl was reported good and the fried chicken and biscuits were okay. The tenders seemed very old and not great. But we considered it a win at that point that most if it was good at least! And as for the atmosphere… I promise if I left a review of this experience, and I only did bc Google asked me… that I’d mention that the music was great! To me at least. And a little louder maybe than you sometimes hear. But like a nice mix of 90’s through today mostly female pop. Hard to explain but a great mix. So there’s that to end this review...
Read moreI recently filled out an application for Kfc and I received a callback for an interview. I did the interview with Josh and it went well. I went through the process of hiring and filled out the necessary online paperwork I needed to fill out. I talked to the manager Shara I believe was her name she seem to be nice and I have not heard back from her.. It’s been almost 2 weeks I and consistently tried to call KFC and no one is actually answering phones.. I am really in need of a job…I don’t think it’s professional for a manager to have someone going through this process and doesn’t reach out to my potential employee about the next step.. Read moreTo be honest I used to love kfc loved. Now I hate it is not like it used to... First I went to get me a bowl . That is supposed to be mash potatoes corn gravy sauce, and chicken nuggets with cheddar cheese. All I got was a bowl of mash potatoes cheese that really tasted bad to me a tsp of gravy, corn not fresh looks like two days old and burn hard like brick nugget and it tasted like it was old everything was terrible. I had to throw it out cause It tasted bad forreal .the chicken was hard I could not eat .I always go to this place particular at Irondequoit KFC but not no more. I rather go to Popeye...Done wasting my money with y'all KFC at Irondequoit .Y'all have new management or wath cause y'all change .. y'all stingy with the chicken too ain't like y'all paying for it.
