WARNING ⛔️ I came here extremely excited to get my hair done for my wedding day , all I wanted were some simple beach waves that I could do at home but I wanted someone else to do it for once .. and especially on my wedding day . The lady that did it insisted she was doing it right and the curls where “going to fall “. I kept telling her at least 3 times I want only the ends done and only wavy she insisted she had to do it her way. Not once did she ask me if this is how I wanted it or if that was okay she just kept going and going without asking. At end she curled all my hair and that’s not what I wanted but I trusted her …. Anyway I was one hour in a half late to my own wedding, as I had to redo my hair / I was so upset stressed crying and I am PREGNANT on top of everything, I reached out to Esther she had no consideration of my feelings and the turmoil I went through, she insisted I was wrong because she “ Saw the cameras “ and I didn’t fight with the hair lady I didn’t have time to do that I was late already , anyways she wouldn’t refund my money and didn’t even give me at least half of it . Mal servicio al cliente. El día de la boda de mi hija la acompañé a este lugar a arreglarse su cabello porque obviamente es un día especial. Mas sin embargo nos encontramos con una persona (Silvia) que no sabe escuchar a su cliente. Mi hija solo quería planchado y beach weaves, pero ella no se tomó el tiempo de preguntarle una sola vez, como era que lo quería, ella solo continuaba haciendo “crespos” y hasta yo le dije no lo haga tan crespo. Ella continuaba diciendo “no eso se le cae con el movimiento “ La dueña Ester le dijo a mi hija que ella miró el video y que no vio a mi hija discutir con la señora. Esto es para usted Ester, esta no es la primera vez que nosotras vamos a un salón de belleza y somos personas que no estamos acostumbradas a pelear con la gente, pero si estamos acostumbradas a que donde vamos nos escuchan y hacen lo que nosotras (el cliente) quiere, porque estamos pagando y no fue gratis.
