paid $65 to get my dress hemmed and the straps tightened. not only does she have bad customer service skills but she forgot to do the straps of the dress. and waits until last minute to do your alterations. avoid this place at all cost.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! The most unprofessional people I have ever meet in my entire life. I go there 4 months before my wedding day for my bridesmaids dresses. What a waste of my life. She gave them to me three days before. She lied to me multiple times about when the dresses were going to b ready. Plus it's so expensive. I decided to get my groomsmen suits here and the worst decision ever the cheapest type of clothing. She did not want to receive them early to do their measurements and then said that we are the people who are irresponsible. WHAT! ARE YOU SERIOUS . I went to get my chevrons for dress blue shirt (marine corps top) sewed on. It was suppose to be completed on a Thursday June 10th, 2020. When I came to pick it up, it wasn’t completed, actually my shirt never moved from when I brought it in. The chevrons was still in the packaging, so it hasn’t been touched. Today, June 18th, 2020 I went to pick it up. The shirt wasn’t pressed. When asked why, I was told today it would’ve been a separate charge. Plus my shirt wasn’t even covered with the protective film. $15 for an incomplete, late job. I’m extremely disappointed and will not recommend this tailor for anyone, especially those who are the...

Please do not go to this place I will give 0 - 0 start if I could this place is horrible and unprofessional , I brought a suit for dry cleaner on a Monday and they told me it will be by Wednesday, however I call them on weekends to verify if the suit was ready and she told me it wasn’t, she told me it will be ready by Thursday at 5 pm I went there the next day at 5 she wasn’t even there , the door was open I called her she told me she was home getting food it wasn’t ready, and that I have to wait 2 hours, I finally went home with the suit and it wasn’t clean she just ironed it and ruin it , she is horrible and a lier...
