Jimmy did a trade with me yesterday and was stand up honest fast and nice to talk to. To top it off he gave a great offer for my daughters and my doubles and triples! She’s 5 and she’s accumulated some high value cards now so Jimmy made sure to accommodate me and bring home some incredible news about her trade in! she had accumulated over 300 in trade in cash and store credit. We got some surging sparks to rip (and she got the butterfly full art card she’s been wanting its fate) and I personally got the pikachu promo I was searching for! She is proud of me also for knowing where to make her doubles go the furthest for her while without dealing with some of the pushy online crowds and strange people you can find doing so. She now had more money to get more “cute cards” even if they aren’t at this location and on top I can’t wait to bring her back for her store credit little spree to pick out the singles she’s been wanting! Love love love this shop. Really great place, great people, and a great selection. Also, I want to give such a massive round of applause for how they handled Prismatic Evolutions. Every local card shop in the area jacked up their prices close to the "market" price, Pallet Town did not do that, their prices were slightly above MSRP which is amazing, im really happy that they did that for the community. Another thing I loved is that they limited 1 ETB per person, while big box stores limited 2 or had no limit. The 1 ETB limit allowed essentially everyone at Pallet Town to get a chance to get one instead of it being first come first serve and allow the dirt bag scalpers fight over them and walk out with as many as they can carry. I'm just very happy to see how they handled it in general, they were very kind and informative. It was made clear they obviously didn't want anything to get out of hand or any fights break out, it was very calm and professional both days they were selling Prismatic. Hands down this is the BEST place to go to for all things Pokémon! Sooooo many items to mention. This is my go to ONE STOP POKÉMON SHOP. They have everything from plushies to trading cards and everyday merchandise like backpack bags and keychains. Prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. I don't know about you but, there is nothing like the feeling of finding something unique on the shelf. In this digital world it's nice to still be able to get quality products that you can take home the same day. Online shopping has its place, but this shop is something to experience. The staff is also knowledgeable and generous. They have often gave great giveaways and every fall there is an event to celebrate going back to school. In the back you will find battling and people engaged in playing and trading their cards. My son is only 7, but he is desperate to be a Pokémon trainer.
