Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

Absolutely the worst service. I went and ask for what I get every day wich is a med 4x4 with a dome lid...I pull up and the cofee doesn't have a dome lid, even tho I asked for it I asked the lady nicely, do you think I can get a dome lid... at this point the vibe was not a good one..I pulled around to put the lid on and it was too big..I said no problem even tho I had to wait in the drive thru line again...I asked her for a dome lid that actually fits and with an attitude she snatched the coffee and told me she gave me a lid that fits as if I have nothing better to do then to be at tim hortons all day asking for right sized dome lids...I asked to speak to a manager because she actually went back and forth with me saying she gave me the right size as she's frustratingly pushing down on different lids and even then she couldn't get the right one...of course this 60 year old lady that had no communication skills said she was the manager... if you want to have a nice day my advice is go to Dunkin doughnuts..js what's really sad is that I actually drive out my way cus I did like that tim hortons better then the one near my house...if you have an attitude don't go to work or don't take it out on a customer that's...

i visit this store twice in a week, then turns, i came back 1 day ago and i don't like how some girl in drive thru talk to a lady with some language barrier, she also make a comment saying(why this people come to this country if they even can't speak english ) i was little annoyed about that, then i ask who was the manager and they introduce me some girl name Katie, (i just ask to know if they have any supervision there, cause i think that was very rude and racist), just my opinion, from there food was good, the lady on the counter was nice and the baker help her to take care of us, pretty nice services. i will like to have reason to give them more stars cause i like Tim...

Very fast. And friendly. However. The morning coffee is always Luke warm :( I really dislike reheating my coffee. I live right around the corner and visit this location at least 5xs a day. After 7pm. They literally have nothing but coffee. Not even doughnuts?!?! Huh!! Seriously considering driving the extra miles to get some Timmy's... I love that I can go to another location and trade in my Luke warm coffee for a fresh hot one at any other location. I absolutely love the staff. Amazing personalities. Especially the Russian woman. Always a pleasure. And the smile face on the cup. makes my day! 5892 transit...
