Had a great experience this evening: when I tried to use a gift card, the girl behind the counter realized that something was messed up on the back-end and spent the time to determine what had happened. At no point did they put the blame on me or make me feel like I was in the wrong and she and the other employee sympathized with my concern that the gift card might not be honored and went out of their way to ensure I received the full value of the gift card. They also committed to making a note of the scenario so other customers wouldn't experience it again. Couldn't have asked for a better response.

Store 716 has a cool selection of unique designs as well as a bunch of licensed clothing, accessories and novelty items. They regularly come up with particularly unique items that often go viral and for good reason, they just stand apart in the huge crowd of Bufflao-themed merch (i.e., I have the mafia-stripe-themed Apple Watch band). Some very nice Buffalo Bills shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies etc... Also a line of Buffalo homeware pretty much everything you can think of. I'm not a bills fan so my favorite part of the store are the many "throwback" buffalo t-shirts from bars and businesses from days gone by. I'm more of a sweatshirt/hoodie person but asking them to make a shirt into a one of them is a huge ordeal. I got the response not while the bills are playing, maybe after. That turned me right off...
