Awful experience. I brought in my omega watch to get a new crystal 280$. I was sold a watch for 800 but found out it was worth about 300 so I tried to return it with a lot of difficulty. I put down a 400 deposit on a longines however I found out my wife was diagnosed with Colon cancer. Aaron, the owner, not only lacked sympathy or empathy but he wouldn’t let me use that 400 to pay for 280. So he’s holding onto my 400 and I had to pay an extra 300 with the tax for my omega. I recently purchased a gold bracelet from Tres Magnifique via Etsy. The bracelet came quickly and was exactly as described. When it arrived I couldn't figure out how to open the clasp. I sent a text to the owner via Etsy and the response was within minutes. He told me how to work the clasp, but I didn't understand. He then called me back on Facetime and showed me how to do it and the problem was solved. The bracelet is exquisite and at a fair price, but the service was amazing. The owner Aaron is so kind and knowledgeable. I secretly love a nice watch. Always nice and straightforward. I always steer friends to this store. Owner has good prices and hours.
