The manager was really rude on the phone with me. I sent an email last week and followed up and called today about a picture that was on the wall for many years just to see if they still have it. I offered for them to pick their price for the photo. No harm no foul that they did not have it anymore according to him. He proceeded to tell me he had just gotten back from vacation and could not find the email. Totally fine, but his attitude on the phone was insane when I’m just asking about something so small 24 minutes after they opened for the day! While dining here Saturday for lunch, I witnessed something upsetting. A father and daughter who were speaking Arabic sat at the table next to us and quietly left before ordering. When our waiter returned and saw they were gone, he loudly said to a fellow server, “Where did the terrorists go?” The female waitress responded with an uncomfortable laugh, saying, “You can’t say that.” It’s a shame, as the meal itself was good, but the experience was hard to swallow.
