I’m not sure how this place got such great reviews.
I brought my computer in with a fairly minor problem - a couple of chipped keys, usable but not ideal. I left a $75 deposit and waited three weeks. When I brought it in after the new keyboard arrived, the repair guy removed my old keyboard only to discover that they had ordered the wrong replacement, which didn't fit.
It took over four hours to get the old keyboard back on my computer such that it was functional. The first time he reinstalled it, the BIOS was reset to its default state and had to be set up again. The second time, the keys were unresponsive. The third time it worked. At that point I didn't want him anywhere near my computer and asked for a refund. The refund was given immediately along with an apology, which is why this is not a one-star review. They realized that they had screwed up and tried to make it right.
However, I did have to spend the afternoon there because whenever I left and returned later was clear that the repair guy stopped working on my computer and started dealing with other customers who had come in with similar problems. They had brought in phones to be repaired, and instead of being repaired, the phones were now broken in new and creative ways. They were angry.
My computer is not fixed but at least it works as well as it did when I brought it in to be repaired. Took a while to get there, though. It's a long time to wait and a lot of hassle to simply return...
Read moreI strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place. I brought my phone in for a simple software update — something that should’ve been quick and inexpensive. Instead, without asking me or getting my approval, they replaced my perfectly functional screen and charged me $350. When I questioned it, they claimed the original screen was no longer working (which is not true) and refused to return it so I could verify for myself.
I never authorized the screen replacement — and I was essentially backed into a corner, forced to pay the full amount just to get my phone back. It felt like I had no choice, and they gave me no transparency or respect throughout the process.
To make matters worse, just two days later, the replacement screen began malfunctioning. I attempted to contact them to resolve the issue and was met with no response. I went in person, hoping they’d stand by their work — instead, they refused to help, refused to acknowledge any issue, and completely dismissed my concerns.
This business overcharges for work you didn’t agree to, traps you into paying, and takes no responsibility when the product is defective. It’s dishonest and unacceptable. I feel completely scammed and want others to be warned before walking into this place. Stay far away.

Read moreTruly awful experience. Took my iphone in to have the back glass repaired and they broke the magnet when they repaired the glass and returned it to me pretending it was fine. I brought it back and they said they could fix it (a break they caused) for $50. Fought with them and they agreed to fix it for no charge. Their “fix” meant opening up the phone and fixing something that was never broken. They then returned the phone to me with still no working magnet but now the phone reset every 2 minutes. Took it back and spent a week fixing it. Now I have it back, it no longer resets, but the broken magnet was NEVER REPLACED.
