I just recently subscribed to Verizon for internet and tv services in my apartment. Omar helped me to set up everything from opening a new account to setting up the app in my phone so I can view my monthly bill. He was very accommodating. While I was at the store, I mentioned that I would like to get an International channel. He said that I would get half off the price of the International channel. He tried to add it but there was no option in his computer. He then just told me to do the installation first and tell the cable guy to have it installed too. I did what he told me but the cable guy told me to call the store to get the discounted price and installation. I called him and told me to do it thru the app and I was able to add it to the tv package. I called him a lot of times to tell him that it was added already and also to get the agreed discounted price of the said channel but was not able to talk to him. He was nowhere to find. Every time I would call the store, his coworkers would tell me that he was with another client and then suddenly he left already. I even went to the store and talked to him again and he promised he would take care of it and was just waiting for his supervisor to come back after the vacation. But he never called me. The new bill came with the full price amount of the said channel. So, I called him again and he was nowhere to find, again. Until at this time of writing, I never got any reply or call from him even after leaving my name and number to one of his coworkers so he could call me back. It seemed like he was avoiding my calls and could not deliver what he told me on the day that I signed up with Verizon Fios. I don’t think that is the right way of treating customers especially the new ones. I got Verizon Fios after my friends recommended it to me. They even told me to switch to Verizon wireless because they have the best service in mobile phones. But now, I am having a second thought of doing it because I don’t know if they can deliver the service or agreement well for this. How can I risk my time and money again after the bad experience with them . . . Verizon was not true with what...
Read moreDo NOT trust this store! I went in and did a trade in to switch over to Verizon's service. I was told I was getting $850 in trade in credit, and that I would have to pay the full tax on the phone, and either add the remaining $200 of the iPhone to my bill or pay it in full then and there. I opted for the latter. I selected the $120 a month plan, was assured that was my payment each month. A month later, I received my bill, which was $132. Weird, but I didn't look into it. The next month it was the same, and saw that not only was that the monthly payment towards my new iPhone, but I had a $960 balance remaining on it. I've searched all my records, and no where is there any history of my iPhone trade in. I've tried for months to get this fixed with no luck I'm going to be going in, returning the device, and switch...
Read moreI walked into this establishment seeking to purchase the Pixel phone, German was so talented with his sales skills, he was willing to wait until i was ready to purchase without pressuring me. I've been to other Verizon stores whom refused to sell me anything other than the iPhone. German was so eager to get me their newest gadget without hesitation . With shanika Davis by his side they operated as a team. One person was selling while the other looked for perks and almost made me tear. I've never left a store smiling and happy to have spent money feeling very satisfied. This team scored...
