I purchased a Mr. Fog about a month ago and tried it in the store and tasted great but by the time I got home it tasted awful I tried to return it that same day and was told I couldnāt and I understood, so I decided to get a new one and the thing happened. I will take my business elsewhere, where they arenāt selling bad cap pens. Man I make one mistake and you try to put me down what great owner/ person you are. Nope you were the first vape store up here I went to so trying to tell me I am I spy is just funny at this point. Where in there did I āBashā the store I all I said was Iāll go to a different store where they arenāt selling bad ānicotine cartridgesā( that better for you buddy). Iām gonna tell my friends and family not to go there and they probably wonāt when I show them your response....

One of the vapes I purchased I used and was happy with the product and purchase. The second device was a dud. I contacted the store to inquire about replacement. I was told I was out of luck, because they have a try before leaving the store policy that I was not aware of nor was I informed by the sales person of such policy at time of purchase. Why would sales staff just assume someone would know about this policy? I saw nothing posted anywhere indicating that policy. Live and learn. I left when they closed the store and called the next day a few hours after they opened. The guy working said thereās nothing he can do, which is unfortunate seeing I tried this place because I heard about it from someone. Wonāt be going back. It sure would be nice to shop more local, but Iāll continue to wait for trips out...
