This review is about ATT as a company, not this store. Customer service is key to any service organization and AT&T has NONE! My father recently passed away and was using ATT as his cell service before he passed. He was an 87 year old man on a fixed income, yet he was racking up bills of $400 and upward! This was because he was clearly on the wrong plan and do you think anyone from ATT contacted him to say, "Hey, let us help you make the most of your cell phone plan without spending your life savings."? No. He rarely used his cell phone until his final months and that was only because my brother died and he found himself on the phone more speaking with friends and family. If ATT were attentive to their customers this should have been a red flag to anyone in billing and/or customer service. I always try and give my clients the best value for their dollar, especially if I know they are of limited means. ATT is not the type of company I would ever want to do business with because of their lack of customer service and attentiveness. I have told them repeatedly that my father is deceased and they still keep sending bills. I will not pay them another penny as they have taken more than enough from my father. I went and spoke with Shane who was very knowledgeable and seemed to really care for me the customer. He analyzed my Verizon bill and saw that I could save roughly $40 a month by switching my 4 lines over to AT&T. My wife and I ended up getting the iPhone 4S and my two kids picked out their own phones as well. Shane was kind enough to fill out all rebate forms for us and ensured that we would get it promptly. I go back every month now to pay my bill. Great people over at that location from the store manager and district manager who pops in once a week to the sales people. Read moreToday was my second trip to this place just to get the sim card( no phone, no plan). I guess they have a very cheap owner who don't want hire more people. In fact he is losing the customer.There was only two people which are super slow in helping other customers. They don't wanna ask you what you here for. Or we can help you quickly. No way. Whenever you go there make sure you have to have 2 hours of your day to waste at this location. And this is only store in this area. But very soon i will switch to Verizon.
