We had found a refrigerator that we liked at a great price that was available at one of the large chain stores nearby. The problem was the width -- it would not fit through the doorway without removing the refrigerator doors and they would not be willing to do that. When we finally chose a gas range, the quote came quickly and was reasonable & fair.
