I got my tragus pierced a couple months back by chris. i went back a couple days ago to get my earrings changed out, & he couldn’t place them in because my tragus is completely swollen. i explained to him that i’m allergic to fake jewelry and his response is “.1 of percent ppl in the world are allergic to this there is no way you are” he didn’t care, didn’t listen, was aggressive when attempting to remove my piercing, and was completely unprofessional and not helpful at all. He told me to keep the earrings in & keep cleaning it with “saline” when clearly it isn’t working and i have an infection. he didn’t even attempt to remove my second tragus piercing or atleast clean it. i ended up changing the piercings myself and realizing how useless this place is. They tattooed the wrong thing on my girlfriend and refuse to giveany type of refund. So pretty much once you sign the release form they don’t give a single care about what goes on your body. Once we reached out about a refund they said that it’s just a bunch of number and letters to them so it didn’t matter. It was a very unprofessional response from the owner of the shop. Should the tattoo been checked over by the person receivng it, yes. But in the heat of the moment with someone that’s nervous, that’s the last thing you think to do with a bunch of “professionals.” I do not blame the tattoo person but I have no clue how the transition from the front desk to the tattoo person gets the Roman numerals wrong. I hope this permanent thing never happens to another person. I also hope they take more pride in this and it’s not just “letters” to them...

I had the best experience with Matt Carroll for my tarot card tattoo. I was very impressed with how Matt took the time to sit down with me. For hours going over the details and design to make sure I was in love with the tattoo. Before doing the tattoo Matt asked me multiple times if I liked the placement of the tattoo and the design before starting.while doing the tattoo Matt asked me over and over again if I needed water or a brake or anything to eat. Matt also made sure I felt comfortable the whole time while doing the tattoo.
