I am thrilled beyond words about the custom job that Randy made for me! A friend of mine had a pin that he loved and then lost. I searched everywhere on the internet to see if I could find another one, but this was a one of a kind piece. All I had was a photo, but the folks at Joint2Jewelers assured me that they could duplicate it. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process, and completed it within the time frame they promised. I went here to see if my husband’s watch needed a new battery. The man who helped me was very attentive to my query and helped me right away. He explained to me, after testing the battery, that the battery wasn’t the issue but another malfunction of the inner workings. He took the time to really explain to and show me what was wrong with the watch. After he finished, I asked how much I owed him for his services and he didn’t charge me a cent. I felt that was very generous of him especially as I did indeed take up some of his time to check the watch. Went in the store today and asked if they could fix my daughters nameplate which had broken her first time wearing it.
