I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS BUSINESS!!! Back in November, My fiancé and I bought 2 recliners and a king bed. After a few weeks later, the recliners showed up. The bed was delayed. I got a call from the manager and he told me that when he got the bed and they inspected it, it was damaged. so they returned it and rushed the company to make a new one. a week goes by and i get a call from the owner saying it was delayed, and he offered me a mattress cover at no cost. Another week passes and it came in with no damage. When it arrived to my place, I misjudged the size of it and the movers and myself had a workout getting it to fit in the stairwell. However, we got it done. At the end of it all, every single person that was involved with us, from the saleswoman, to the manager, to the movers, put in the work 110%. I made sure to make the manager known of that fact and how appreciative my fiancé and I were during the process. They all put in the work and don't treat you as a number and more like a valued customer and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. On top of that all, the product is great. I cannot express enough our deepest appreciation for this company. They were so accommodating with my mom while we came and shopped for a lift chair recliner. With her having brain cancer and struggles with mobility issues they helped us with an easier way to get into the building so no stairs we needed. Cheri was amazing to work with & got us connected to Luke who also amazing to work with. He was patient and knowledgeable, answered all our questions. We purchased a chair on Satirday, it was delivered on Monday. The gentlemen who delivered were kind and courteous. Respectful to the property. Came in and set up the chair, explained the remote and gave us information on the chair. Took out all of their garbage and was on their way. Hi, and I too am a happy "5" STAR customer. Purchased an over sized chair and ottoman, and powered recliner. So much fun! Choose your furniture, then just the right fabric to cover it. Business owner's were so pleasant to deal with, & NONE OF THAT HIGH SALES OVER POWERING MENTALITY! PROFESSIONAL in every sense of the way, and more importantly PERSONABLE as well, making you feel comfortable while shopping!!
