Kevin sold me my living room set but even after the sale he went above and beyond to make sure Iâd get it. The first go around they said it wouldnât fit, so I ended up speaking with Kevin again which I am glad I did because I was ready to just cancel my order and get a refund. But Kevin asked me to send him pictures and videos and measurements of my door way, after I did he said itâs shouldnât be a problem. So we went ahead and made a new delivery day. Today is Tuesday June 3rd and as I was patiently waiting for my delivery as it was scheduled for 8:00 am and it was going past 10:00 am I started to get a little worried thinking they might not come so I reached back out to Kevin ( while heâs at his other job working, he could of easily just ignored me but he didnât he helped me instead ) and he made some phone calls and got back to me quickly and reassured me that they were on their way, they were just running a little late today I said okay no worries I completely understand. So now here comes Nick and Cody when I tell you these two are the true definition of Iâm âgoing to deliver it no matter what!â Because thatâs exactly what happened. So the easiest way to get the living room sectional in my house was threw my bedroom window. I thought thereâs no way theyâre going to be willing to do this but they in fact did. They got two huge pieces of the sectional threw my bedroom window. After getting it inside and in my living room they set it up. They were both super friendly and very professional they wouldnât even let me clean up as in clean up the plastic and the little cardboard pieces that they ripped off the couch. All 3 of them get 10 âď¸âs from me. Kevin for being so patient with me and helping me set up a new delivery day and reassuring me it would fit and just going above and beyond even after hours and even when he wasnât at the furniture store he would still answer my calls. And Nick and Cody for being very professional working SUPER hard to make sure they didnât damage not just the new living room sectional but also my window my walls my doors etc. they get 10 âď¸âs for working so hard and really going above and beyond. When in reality they had every right to say hey listen itâs not going to fit go pick something else out or yeah just go get your refund I mean when is the last time you heard of a furniture delivery service using your bedroom window to move in your new furniture? One star is honestly too much
I was set on getting a specific mattress from Carlâs and possibly a bed set but after I had to argue and haggle for a price I was considering not doing business with them. My mother and I left upset and vowed to not buy anything from them. I wanted a bed set and specific mattress from in the store. I went back and forth and thought about the decision for days. Mike was the salesperson we dealt with and he was so rude! Iâm a retired wounded warrior and said monthly payments would not work for me that I would rather pay cash as I get paid once a month. He suggested I started driving for Uber to make the furniture payments that I insisted I wanted to pay cash for!! Today, on Memorial Day weekend I called wanting to pay for the mattress and inquired about a dresser and chest as well. His response was âwhat do you think the price is doing to beâ at this point my response was âstop playing gamesâ. He proceeded to tell me it would be over 1000 dollars but wouldnât include delivery after a commercial specifically said free delivery.
I am so disgusted with the service I got.
Last week he said he was âgiving me a dealâ by taking 50 dollars off the price of items but I waited until the Memorial Day sale and the price did not change.
They even called me and tried to set delivery up for something I didnât order!!
Today after the way I was treated- I went online and ordered a whole bedroom suite for a fraction of the price I was going to buy at Carlâs.
I loved the mattress so much I asked mike to give me the mattress name so I could look it up and he refused to give me the name of the serta mattress I wanted and only the inventory code.

   Read moreI had went on their website - they had on clearance dining room chairs 25 dollars the website says. I go there thinking I'll get 5 chairs 125.00 dollars. Thinking that is a good deal, as dining room chairs are expensive, usually being a good 100 dollars and you have to get at the least 2 (in the box) I get there - and apparently you have to get 2 chairs - each box being 50 dollars! Now technically that is faults advertising, the website says nothing about having to buy 2 to even get one - the add looks like you are able to get each chair for 25 dollars. I had ended up putting money in the gas tank not thinking and left my bank card at home so I only had about 60 dollars on me, I get there realizing each box was 50. Which I had to drive the half hour the next day to get the rest I had planned on getting. I get there and and tell the manager - that it really is faults advertising to display it as 25.00's then - explaining I do not have a bunch of money to spend on chairs, that I was looking to just get the 5 chairs, and was bummed some that I had to get that extra chair, he then precedes to tell me that I shouldn't be arguing with him when you go to walmart and they are 100 dollars a box, which is true they are cheaper, but I was not arguing was just stating that one would believe it was 25 per chair as wanted. I ended up asking for the box with the 2 in it - and as I walk away the girl I was with asked why not just give her the display one or just out out of the box - and his reply is I would rather throw it in the dumpster! I was not even being mean. Most of the guys were rude from the moment we had stepped into the store - and I do have to say I will go else where from this moment on.
