In the first attraction it was Very dark, i couldnt see the creative scenes in each room or the actors. It takes a lot of work to set up these halloween attractions, and i i Definitely couldnt appreciate their work. The music was also really loud in the first attraction, lots of actors just kicking metal on the walls, and screaming… the whole first attraction i didnt get. There was no storyline, or at least nothing that made sense. It was very unorganized and honestly was a huge waste of money. The second attraction - the forbidden family was a lot better. You could see more of what was going on, less screaming and more actors were just whispering normal things which in itself was creepy, as well as saying things that pertained to the plot of the “forbidden family”. There was more of a storyline, and i loved how they set up the rooms. The acting was on point and they always knew what to say. I loved the people crawling above us, and hanging from the ceiling. All in all, i got one scare. The krampus thing in 2022 was a lot better. This is not wheelchair accessible, its a $20 attraction at best, not $40, i loved the little kids walking around and talking, they were probably the best actors in the first attraction. Two great things about crooked descent… the artwork and how they choose to set up each room. And they also let each group go separately. You have to wait a little longer but you arent rushed through the attractions or on top of another group in front of you.

When they messed up (enough that a lawsuit would be valid) they then plug everything into chatGPT where they even left the placeholder [donate to local charity]. Even then during the apology they blamed the one who had to go to the Doc for her issues.

On top of that when called out, they block you on their Facebook! To control the narrative, well good luck doing that here. I’ve also seen recently that they (people related or involving this horrifically run horror show) are posting “coded” messages calling the one who called them out UNPROFESSIONAL, the irony oh the irony.

Terrible place, questionable owners, and no responsibility. Take your money elsewhere unless you want an excuse for a lawsuit, I’m sure they will...

My fiancé and I took our older two kids and my son loved them both. My daughter on the other hand was very scared and started crying right from the start. The actors are so accommodating and let us slip out a side door because my daughter was freaking out so bad and said she couldn’t breath. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to this each year and for being so accommodating to my family. Definitely will be going next year so I can experience the whole attraction. Thank you all for your amazing work. We had the best experience we could have ever experienced. From the ticket area to the end everyone was very polite and helpful!! Job well done to the cast and crew of this attraction!! We can not wait until next year to...
