My son absolutely loves this place so i decided to have his birthday party here so I drop the deposit and 4 days before I called to cancel because there was not going to be enough kids coming an it would make more sense just to pay for the kids who did come the regular way the lady I spoke to said that I didn’t need to worry about that because they would pro rate it like they do if you have more kids the. What your party originally started with I said ok so when I get there we only have 3 kids so I cancel bluey from making an appearance an I say since there is only 3 kids how much will I get back she said nothing I tell her I was told I was told I would be given the difference so I tell her I want to cancel the party because it makes no sense for me to pay $240 for three kids she said no it needs to be 24hrs I said it don’t say that on website I asked to speak with management she said no one was here at the moment an they are children so I’m not going to yell or be irate with them so when I’m cashing out I ask for a small discount something to help me out she said the boss said no because I canceled bluey to sing happy birthday an they needed extra staff for my party when there was a party right after me soo they would have been there absolutely horrible experience I will never throw another birthday party here ever I paid $249 plus tax for 3 kids to have a...

should have a better child abduction system to check children in with parent when going in and when leaving like matching glow stamps with a black light or bracelets to be checked before leaving. kids have fun it is nice that it is spread out and has different areas to play in so everyone isn't crammed in one spot. few spots where kids could really injure themself if you don’t go in the course with them especially very small children like the matt with an opening down a pole to the next level or the slide of three goes fast for small children and then they can hit their head backwards of you don’t go down with them. lots of games in the arcade, great concession. not very clean especially for covid. staff is young and doesn’t really wipe things down or clean that great and sometimes nonchalantly walk by and half wipe something especially once it gets busier and the bathrooms are really gross. matts/bounce house/slides etc were never wiped down during our stay regardless of number of guest arriving. we had alot of fun and we enjoyed our time. ventilation system isn't anything special to covid if you are concerned for this. i was unable to get a printed receipt of anything and the male staff member was unable to tell me my total for things bc he didn't know how to work the register...

I reserved a party last year at rockin jump..went there; cake in hand, guest on the way only to find out they are closed. The door was locked and no one was there, so after much search we found on Facebook they were closed. I guess they did not feel the need to tell the reserved party that they can no longer host a party. My son was VERY disappointed. THIS YEAR we went to family fun factory and it was better than I could have hoped. We didn't even reserve a table ect. as I didn't know how many people would show. Forgive me ,I am terrible at remembering as my brain is everywhere..Nacy, Michelle? Well,ALL employees were very helpful and friendly. They took the time to help me and the party goers to make sure we all had an easy going and fun time.

We brought an ice cream cake and with no reservations, she still took my cake and kept in freezer until ready. Provided us with a knife and excellent customer service. Very happy with the experience as all moms know birthday partys can be stressful. They were absolutely wonderful here! Oh and ofcourse the kids had a blast,lazer tag, pizza,arcade, bounce house And even play center...
