I mistakenly would go to harbor freight thinking I was supporting a smaller bussiness then the big box stores, thinking you get better service at smaller stores. The worker with the cane does give good services. However the other employees yelli hello, when you enter and d service ends there. I don't know why they need five employees other then hanging out with each other. One cashier and if yku need help yku have to goto the cashier the only person working for assistance. One visit I asked where the oil is, she told me they don't sell oil. I told her I bought it at the Poughkeepsie store, she went on her walkie talkie and asked, the person she 2as speaking to was close, I can hear him even though i couldnt see him, tell him to check the end cap at the back of tje store, I did I responded. He did she walkied to him, tell him to check the end aisle by the chain saw, so i went and didnt find, she walkied talkie him again, tell him to cehck O'Reilly they. I walked around it and found it by the gas cans. Not a big deal, new store new employees, the guy on the other end a little to confident that they have plenty of customers to send me to an auto store Also two different times they showed items in stock, only for them unable to find it in the back, never had that happen at the Poughkeepsie location, the last time he said they were showing six he couldn't understand. I told him they have been stolen, no they weren't he insisted cause they are kept in the back only employees have access. Funny cause at another visit a customer was trying to buy a wagon that they were showing five in the back, but unable to find any. My last experience, I thought I had five minutes before closing the manager insisted it was one minute before closing. and was very firm about letting me buy a small vac, even though there was customers still on the line. I asked him, i am confused whether I am right and it's five minutes before closing or if he was right and the store closes in 1 minute, why not make a quuck sale and take my money. His response was cause we don't need your sale. We'll thank you very much, lesson learned i thought i was supporting a smaller company but i have learned they are too large that they dont need...

In all of my years on this earth I have never had to provide my SSN to buy a tire, let alone an off-road trailer tire. The supervisor on duty was clueless & useless. Go to Congelosi trailer if you...
