Caused me to get so sick. Multiple times I have received prescriptions that I am allergic too even though I supplied a list of my allergies myself, had my previous pharmacy send my know allergies list and my doctor do the same to the pharmacy. I should also mention the doctor realized her mistake and canceled the med I was not supposed to take, replacing it with a safe alternative. They gave me both. They often can’t find prescriptions sent in by the doctors office and tell me none was received. I get a notice when the script is sent too. They don’t know how to work their own computers. Customer service was incredible. Environment was very friendly and welcoming. Had difficulty finding a place to book a PCR (that wasn’t crazy expensive) to cross the border. Everyone (pharmacy and general staff) were super helpful in providing me information. When I came for my test, the FedEx man had already left. Loretta had ensured us that she would call the man back so that he would get our PCR tests to make sure they would pass the 72 hour window.
