West Shore BBQ & Catering — Restaurant in Town of North Elba

I am going to max out these Google stars and wish I could give West Shore BBQ a million more! The food was BEYOND amazing. And when I say beyond, it was quite literally out of this world (hence those extra stars). We stopped in this afternoon for the first time ever and it just so happened to also be the final day of their season. Super excited and hungry, our party of 4 ordered nearly half the menu. The results?

Mains: The half chicken, brisket, ribs and brisket sandwich were insanely delicious. Seasoned perfectly, smoked perfectly, super juicy and just so, so good!

Sides: The sides were also freakin delicious!! We tried the mac & cheese, potato salad, cowboy beans, coleslaw, okra/smoked tomatoes, carrot salad and cornbread. Every single side we tasted was fresh, tasted amazing and you know they put love into what they do!

Hands Down the Best BBQ

While vacationing in LP (from Long Island) We had some absolutely amazing barbecue, and I just have to give a shoutout to Jonathan, the owner — seriously one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He made us feel right at home the second we walked in, and you can tell he really cares about his customers and the food he serves.

And wow, the food! Everything was insanely good. The ribs just fell right off the bone, and don’t even get me started on the mac and cheese — total comfort food perfection. You can tell everything is made fresh and with a ton of love.

Jonathan and Meghan were absolutely wonderful! Jonathan and I spoke several times before our event to make sure everything we ordered was correct, to make sure we had enough, to help with rental equipment and even made sure to be conscious of dietary restrictions. All of our guests raved about the food- "best food we've ever had at a wedding", "best BBQ", etc. We could not have asked for a kinder couple to help make our day special! They fit right in with our family and our event. Thank you guys again for everything- we couldn't have done it without you!
