Farah is an incredibly talented nail technician! She is knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Over the past few months, she has been a lifesaver for me. I'm getting married in September and discovered back in January that I have a severe allergy to HEMA, a common ingredient in many cosmetics, especially nail products. I was devastated because I love getting my nails done and always envisioned having long, beautiful nails on my wedding day.

After doing a lot of research, I found The Nail Vault by searching for HEMA-free nails on TikTok. I messaged Farah with a list of allergens I am sensitive to, explaining my situation. She meticulously checked each product to ensure her HEMA-free options were safe for me. Her compassionate and prompt response, along with her honesty, reassured me. I’m so happy to have found Farah, creator of The Nailvault. I have been getting all manner of manicures and pedicures for decades. I have found that in the last few years, and especially since Covid, I have been unhappy with the services I have been receiving, the cleanliness and results. After doing some research in preparation for my wedding, I found Farah who does waterless and Japanese gel manicures — neither of which I have tried before — in her private boutique. I have been so delighted with her work! My excessively dry cuticles and skin have never looked so good! Farah pays close attention to detail so even as my nails have grown out, they still look great.
