Second time I've used Lock City and they are without a doubt the best lock company I've ever worked with.

I've owned a Brownstone in the city for 17 years and we've used dozens of others in the past and nobody comes close. Most are shady. Unreliable. And often rude.... not the case with Lock City and Lee.

They are reliable. Efficient. Competent. Have some of the best prices out there... but more importantly, they're fair and honest.

You know that feeling after working with some places where you feel cheated and taken advantage of? Not the case here... Lock City is honest. Open. And again, Fair. They come on time. They get the work done quick. Never any "hidden" fees or surprise costs they try to add on after.

We will EXCLUSIVELY be using them moving forward for all our units and I highly recommend...

I needed my backyard exterior door replaced with a new door and the addition of a storm door since, when it was originally installed, there was no storm door, so it was either open for air, with all creatures great & small having access, or shut, and I needed ventilation, as the room has become my office since I've been working from home. Chad & crew showed up right on time, did the job right and took care of the cleanup thoroughly. It took them a while to properly seat the doors in place, as the original opening was horribly constructed in the first place. But they took the time to get it right, which I really appreciate. Lock City NY did an amazing job replacing our old gate. They responded to my call right away and sent a technician to evaluate my gate the same day for an emergency replacement request. They ordered our custom gate and installed it within 3days of our request. I called so many local companies and everyone asked me for information and told me they'd call me back (most never did).
