I am a home owner on the North Shore with very high standards and interviewed several companies to install a home sound system throughout my house. I have never written a review for any retailer perviously. But, after the positive experience I had with Nick and his entire team I was motivated to share my thoughts an online with you. Nick and his professional team met and exceeded my expectations. I found his entire team to be extremely knowledgable, passionate and caring about what they were doing at each and every step. They were very clean, precise and a pleasure to have in my home. Alex leading the installation team at my home took time to explain everything and was able to execute exactly what I was expecting. One last comment that demonstrates Nick's commitment to customer service; after the completion of the installation I contacted Nick over a minor concern days later and he enthusiastically agreed to resolve it. He didn't try to dodge-it or create an excuse he just immediately said he would address my concern. I purchased a set of B&W speakers from Home Theatre of Long Island (HTOLI) and had been enjoying their accurate, warm sound for a number of years. A recent severe lightning strike burned out a number of electronics throughout the house, including two B&W powered subwoofers that were part of the home theater. I contacted Nick at HTOLI and he arranged with B&W to have the subwoofer amplifier modules repaired at the factory. B&W requested that one amp be repaired before sending in the other. Nick sent Mike, an expert technician with decades of experience in electronics repair, to remove one of the modules. When it came back from B&W, Mike reinstalled it and the sub worked perfectly. This is my 3rd true home theatre, the first two in Los Angeles, designed and built by a well known studio designer/engineer. Over the past 18-month I have worked closely with Nick, Kostas and Alex on our new home theatre. It has been a wonderful experience. They have provided me with expert guidance in design as well as product advice that was beyond what I have ever experienced before or what I expected, the quality of which was second to none. They have stood behind every aspect of the theatre and then some. Their will never be a need for me to look beyond HTOLI for any of my theatre design, audio, video or home automation needs.
