I scheduled a 5:30 pm appointment with Josephine, and when I got there, she had 4 additional clients waiting to be serviced. I asked her how long is the wait? Josephine looked at me with irritation and failed to give me a response. I left. This was so frustrating as it was a complete waste of my time and gas to travel to Westbury only to end up leaving.
