Their customer service is non-existent, accidentally ordering from them and emailed them, even called them to cancel the order (this was via ShopPay on their website, not the actual ShopPay app). They didn't respond to email, and when I finally talked to someone, they said the person who handles the orders was out of town. I finally got a hold of that person and they said they'd take care of it (keep in mind, my order was placed about two weeks prior with no activity on their end that it was packed up and shipped). They did eventually send out a package, which I thought to myself that it's fine at this point, and it turned out to not even be what I ordered. What a bunch...

Add to that he expects you to place an order without any size or pricing info. I tried calling back the next day to get the info and place the order; he complains to me that he doesn't make enough money "maybe a quarter" and can't answer questions! I have to place the order with "terust." What? Really? I'm going to order a few hundred pieces without any info? I'm going to get candy for my party and goody bags and for Shabbat shira from here?
