I've been taking classes with Coach Mike for six or more years by now and have always been incredibly impressed by how challenging and varied his programming is. However, it's also wonderful to see how much thought he puts into planning classes that can be scaled or otherwise customized for newcomers, people rejoining after time away from the gym, or for days when you're still not feeling quite ready to dive into his scheduled program because you're still feeling whupped from a prior workout.
