Bagel Time — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Decent food, but the customer service is terrible, when they get busy they tend to give attitude to customers because of them being tense or stressed. (even though they have been doing this for YEARS now)

But the worst part about their customer service is that they leave the phone off the hook in the early mornings & usually all day on the weekends. They purposely ignore phone call orders when the store gets busy inside & then when you get there to ask why, the owner will lie to you & say “we don’t even do phone call orders” Meanwhile I have ordered over the phone for years now 😂

This is annoying for people who don’t have time to wait 25 minutes in line due to being elderly, having weak knees, having a disability, having anxiety, having a pet in the car or kids who will not be patient in...

Man I am so happy our friend got bagels from here or I would not have known they were here! The bagels are so amazing. Fluffy but crisp, flavorful, and so good. Slow service, line moves slow and one lady in particular has botched my order more than once and is unfriendly unless she knows you very well ( regular customers I guess).
