Shop here only if you do not value your time. The store is fairly unorganized to start with. This is also the second time I’ve encounter almost the same situation at this location. I decided to brave the isle and take a peek. When I found a few things I was interested in I went to the check out. There were only 2 cashiers and a line of about 10 customers who already looked frustrated. I waited 10 minutes before leaving with nothing. You don’t sell anything that anyone needs. I will not wait more than 10 mins for some junk I don’t need. Do better. If I stop by again I will take pictures showing what I’m talking about. Didn’t have enough time today. Also they don’t he those large hanging signs saying where the sections are. Good luck and happy hunting in this mess. Employee literally yelled at me until I cried because I wanted to check to see if lipstick was used before purchasing. I opened one (NONE of them are sealed, I would never open a sealed product) and of course, it was used so I put it back. This lady has the nerve to tell me not to open them when literally I’ve bought used makeup before because people put open products back in. I’m extremely disgusted and upset. Never coming back here again. Not to mention- when I continued to open the product she told me “had never been opened” it was LITERALLY USED!!! This store has excellent prices! Customer service needs A LOT of work. The employees I encountered did not want to communicate with me when I said, hello to them. Again at checkout the guy seemed as though he just wanted me gone. Zero communication between the 2 of us. Maybe it is just me that feels the cashier, at a minimum, should greet the customer that walks up to his or her register. I hate to say they were all rude when they never said a word to me.
