HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The groomer was 30 MINUTES LATE to an APPOINTMENT TIME!!!! also lied and said 15 minutes late (we didn’t get told 15min at first. first we were told he was just going to be a “little late”, then we were told he actually said he’s going to be 15 min late WHILE WE WERE 15 MINUTES INTO WAITING). Due to being told he’s “just a little late”, we chose to wait with our EXTREMELY ANXIOUS dog and thought it wouldn’t be that big of a deal. IT WAS. My dog grew more anxious and anxious, we were waiting and trying to do many things to help her. IF WE KNEW WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINUTES WE WOULDVE LEFT FOR MY DOGS COMFORT!!!!! I complained to the manager Cindy when we had to pick up and it honestly doesn’t seem like she cares. ALSO we received our dog with her ears SOAKING wet and called and let the manager know, because THAT COULD LITERALLY CAUSE AN EAR INFECTION, and again she honestly didn’t seem to care.(had to dry her ourselves) We understand the groomer “did that for her comfort” BUT MAYBE HE SHOULDVE LISTEN WHEN WE SAID THAT ALL SHE NEEDS IS TO BE MUZZLED AND THERE WOULDNT BE A PROBLEM BECAUSE SHE KNOWS! (he took the muzzle off in the middle of the process not knowing how she would react to her ears being dried). Read moreI like this place, it’s clean, and the front desk is very nice and friendly. Roxy had a great experience over a month ago, and I continued to take her for grooming and cleaning. Unfortunately, after the amazing lady Jonna left, we had to postpone our appointment. Roxy had some tangled, so I had to choose to cut her hair short. Before dropping her off, we kept confirming that they would do their best to preserve Roxy’s coat, and we were told the bath and grooming would take a total of 2.5 hours. When I received a message after 40 minutes saying Roxy was almost done, I had a very bad feeling. When I picked her up, I was shocked. I don’t even know how to describe how stunned I was. I held back my tears — it was really terrible. The owner was nice and tried hard to explain and make up for it, but I’m very disappointed. I’m not sure if I will take Roxy back there again. I took my dog to Woofgang for the first time today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was professional, friendly, and truly top-notch. The staff clearly love what they do and treated my pup with such kindness and care.
A special shoutout to Angela, who was our groomer—she did an absolutely phenomenal job. The grooming itself was flawless—my dog came out looking (and smelling!) fantastic. Every detail was perfect: the coat was neatly trimmed, nails filed, and even the ears were clean and fresh. It’s clear Angela takes pride in her work and goes the extra mile to make sure both pets and owners are happy.
My dog can be a little nervous, but Angela was so gentle and patient. By the time I picked him up, he was relaxed and wagging his tail—always a good sign!
