Sunglass Hut at Macy's — Local services in Town of North Hempstead

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with customer service. Today october 18, 2021 between 535pm and 544pm i went to go buy some rayban aviators. The blonde lady working, only remained behind the counter on her phone without any assistance. I asked for help and she proceeded to talk to me from behind the register while i was all the way by the rayban section. I proceeded to try on the sunglasses, and i had a question whether the sunglasses were polarized or not since i dont know much about it. I had to go back to the register to ask her how to find out if they are polarized or not, which she then proceeded to stay behind the register because she wanted to use the phone and not provide customer service. I then asked, it would be nice if she would help and she did not want to. The whole time being there she was behind the counter not willing to help. Mind you between this time, i was the only customer she had. So she was not busy at all. I provided the time frame of when i was there with hopes that management pulls up cameras so they can confirm this review. I will not be shopping there anymore. Thanks to that 1 person who ruined it....

So, I've been looking high and low for the Ray-Ban shades my son misplaced during a recent college tour. I searched all over and couldn't find the model anywhere! Within just a few minutes of speaking with him, he knew the EXACT model i was looking for. I was so impressed. I've never had an experience like that before.
