Absolutely love this studio! Out of all the studios on Long Island I feel like they have the most diversity and I’ve frequented all of them numerous times. Never have I seen so many different ethnicities in one room. You will never feel left out here. Regina (the owner) is very professional and welcoming. The studio is clean and the equipment is well maintained. The classes are well structured and they give you progressions and regressions depending on where you’re at. Feel free to come here, be supported, challenged, and uplift others. This studio reminds me of the first studio I called my “pole home” the vibes are so good. Definitely check it out! You won’t regret it! I wish I lived closer that’s the...
Read moreI love this studio so much! Firstly, the owner, Regina, is a fabulous pole and flexibility instructor who is very knowledgeable about tricks and techniques. She’s also super friendly and welcomes all of us students with love. Secondly, the other instructors are knowledgeable too and act very professionally in class. Lastly, I love the cleanliness of the studio! Once I enter I am embraced with the beautiful, bright walls and fresh new smell. The poles are adequate enough to do aerial tricks and are made of great material. I have good grip on them most of the times. I always have a great experience at this studio and I look forward to more classes there. Thanks...

We drove 45 minutes to get here only to be turned this way. It’s unacceptable to treat first-time visitors so poorly, especially when we were looking forward to this experience. We will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this...
