The Vienna Of Roslyn was the 1st venue & the only venue that me & my family needed to see in order to pick out the exact place that we knew would be perfect For our daughter Isabella's celebration! We were looking for a unique experience for not only our guests, but for our family and Bella also! Right when we walked into The Vienna… The layout was completely different from your boring, mundane, normal catering hall with the dance floor in the middle and 10 to 12 tables surrounding it. It's the same old thing in every catering hall! Buffet or sit down dinner, DJ playing in the corner, the sales guy will show you where the girl, her family and her COURT will be entering… Then the normal sit down - get up dance - a little cake cutting and candlelight ceremony, father daughter dance to end of party, every cookie-cutter, sweet 16 all across Long Island venues. But not here at The Vienna of Roslyn! Not by a long shot! I like to call it catering to every age! & it is such a unique & simple idea! Matt Prince, is a GENIUS! He has tables in another room, I like to call that room "the adult room" but still open, lay out where they can go in and see the dance room where the dance floor is, but that specific is where all the "not-so-teens" could sit and enjoy the more luxurious food that older people would want to eat. And may I add that the food was unbelievably delectable in every which way it could possibly be that my family had told me that they had gone up for each dish and got 2nds & 3rds! They have never had food so great at a catered event, especially in buffet style as they did at Bella's sweet 16! Now on the other side was another room where the "kids" had their buffet style of food that they would want. Chicken fingers, penne, pigs in blankets, things that they want to eat! & all that food was eaten up, because that is what they like to eat! & all through the night Matt's staff was walking around with hors d'oeuvres, feeding both the older people & the younger people while they danced on the dance floor or the elders socialized by the bar! It was pure genius, such a unique experience! Oh & the Dessert,Besides the cake that Bella cut after her candle lighting ceremony, waiters & waitresses would walk around with ice cream bars, & churros & things that kids & adults both would enjoy… Not the bougie things that you would get at a catering hall that most people would take a bite of & leave on the corner of their plate, but desserts that they actually want to eat! The maître d' & his staff were absolutely phenomenal catering to me & my family, making sure we didn't carry or lift a finger, helping me out, making sure I was enjoying the party also! I have never hosted a party & enjoyed it at the same time, I was always working it!! I actually got to dance more than 70% of the time! it was absolutely amazing! I loved everything about Bellas Sweet 16 from the music with DJ rams staff, emcee Brian & his DJ did absolutely phenomenal work with the control of the kids and the adults & having them so hyped & pumped to dance continuously! Thank you to Matt Prince, Chris, the maître d', Dina, Julie, Jojo, Austin, DJ ram, Emcee Brian, everybody at The Vienna, & all of the staff and vendors, You all have made my daughters dream of the perfect sweet 16 come true! You have exceeded any expectation of what we could've ever imagined her sweet 16 to ever be like... & we couldn't have ever dreamt it to be what is was or experienced it without any of you! If I could say one thing about the Vienna or Roslyn it would be absolutely unbeatable! It’s Sunday, we just recovered from a wonderful night on Friday celebrating my husband Jason’s 40th birthday!!! When we first met Matt, we were on the fence about having a party. His enthusiasm and his understanding of the vibe we wanted made us get excited about the idea. We answered a couple of questions for them to better understand what we wanted and we got exactly that. Our children who are the center of all we are, were presented with bottle service (Fanta and Shirley temple) with sparkles with their favorite hip hop song playing. They felt so special. Chris and Danny made sure all their needs were taken care of so we could have a good time. Our guests all said the service was impeccable, the bartender and servers were so cool. They hyped up the party and got people moving on the dance floor. It was one of those parties where you only left the dance floor to get a drink. Dj Kerwin took our love of Hip Hop and transported us down memory lane! Chris helped me pull off a surprise for my husband a feat I will never be able to replicate! I know our guests will never forget the time they had ( our phones are still buzzing with texts!) We hosted my wife's 40th birthday party at Vienna and it was one of those memorable nights that we will be talking about for years to come. The venue's lounge vibe provided the perfect atmosphere for a trendy night of dinner and dancing. Our guests raved about the food and DJ Boneshaker kept the dance floor packed by reading the crowd and playing a mix of current hits and old school songs. The party officially ended at 11pm, but most of our guests were having such a great time, that they stayed and continued to party until 1am. Chris and the rest of the staff provided top notch service, seamlessly keeping the party going, without a hitch.

Matt was extremely easy to work with while planning the party and you can tell he really takes pride in providing memorable experiences for his customers. He really worked with us to understand the vibe we were looking and then delivered the perfectly tailored night (instead of using the cookie cutter approach that you find at many other venues).
