So my son and I got into autographs and memorabilia back in 2018. After 5 years of collecting we have become more selective on which auto's we want and need. All of the memorabilia is for my son, I just get to look at it, lol. We have purchased several items in the past from TSE like a full speed replica Stefon Diggs helmet. Several mystery boxes and signed footballs at the game's, training camps and online. We only had one hiccup once and it was remedied. Well this was our first autograph signing at this location. We walked in and there were two lines. The hard part was to know which line we were supposed to get into. Easy remedy for this would be signs that hang from the drop ceiling advising you which line was which. We paid for the autograph first then you waited till the signing. This is where purchasing your ticket online would be advantageous. You are given a number on your ticket and that's where you lineup. We waited about an hour to get our James Cook auto. There was a space to wait but no chairs, an easy fix to this would to buy medical office chairs from failing business.(unfortunately there are many out there) Some of the time we walked around checking the memorabilia for sale. When it was our turn a gentleman called our number. Get this man a bullhorn or a cheap pa system, he probably loses his voice on the daily. Well it was our turn and we met and got a James Cook auto, the gentleman who called the numbers took out picture with James and did a great job. After you get the auto you have to get a authentication sticker for your item this took another 20 minutes. I do feel this process could have been streamlined a bit. Read moreI bought several autographed items from TSE Buffalo and after almost 11 weeks these items are not authenticated yet. The price you pay includes the item, the autograph and the authentication. It is horrible customer service to be waiting 11 weeks. It shows a total disregard for its customers. I can see 2 to 4 weeks or even 4 to 6 weeks for authentication, but 11 weeks is too long. If you cannot authenticate these items in a timely manner then do not sell them until after the authentication is complete. How about since you have the customers money, you work 24/7 until you have the items authenticated. I have heard they are telling people all kinds of excuses, from we are really busy, people have quit and we only have one person entering the certifications into the computer. It is not that hard, all you are doing is entering the information into a computer. Seems pretty simple. Do better. You have been paid now provide to the customers what they paid for.
UPDATE- My family has bought many items from your website. If you are so concerned about the authenticity and integrity of the autographs, then update your website with the certificates of authenticity. There are autographs from November/ December that are not authenticated on your website. How long do people have to wait ? You have our money now do your job. Everything is packaged and labeled for extreme care and arrives fast. Sometimes I’m surprised how fast an order makes it to me! Nothing has ever arrived damaged.
