Where do I even begin?... Customer service is one of the largest reasons why many people go back or don't go back to stores, restaurants and businesses. Without customer service you have no business. I have to say Jeff, Gina and Megan are really the ALL STAR team. BluTusk will help you in anyway you need with amazing turn around time. I have brought a few cell phones with a cracked screen (and I mean cracked) and Jeff had them done in no time. Even the slightest questions with technical support on really any platform BluTusk can help you! Looking to get your phone fixed? BluTusk! Looking to get a laptop? BluTusk! I am actually speechless on how AMAZING BluTusk is. The owner Jeff is a legend. He will help you with a huge smile and laugh on his face everyday. The store even greets it's repeat customers by name that doesn't happen many places! I will be honest, I will no go anywhere else besides BluTusk for all my tech needs (cracked phone, not working phone). The one star is only earner due to the fact the screen was repaired.

They fixed my screen to return it to me and every time I charge it shuts off and restarts on me. Middle of important phone calls dropped and battery went from 93% to 81% in 3 months.

When I returned they told me they switched out the screen and tried it and it wasn’t the screen it was my phone. I had put a marker line on my phone and it was still there when I got it back. They changed nothing. I really doubt they even looked at it at that point.

Fast forward to today. I go to UbreakIFix and they told me it was a lcd cheap screen when I paid for oled about 200$. Ubreak put in a $100 screen and the issue is resolved.

Do not trust these people. Phone repair shops are a dime a dozen go somewhere that actually cares about your service.

They are in a Benderson Development and their rent is too high, there’s no way they aren’t cutting costs. My brightness is fixed too and it’s like a brand new phone.
