Stopped in on 02/02/18 on a half hour lunch break a little after noon.. when I walked in, the restaurant itself was dead.. no customers waiting.. the kid working the drive thru acknowledged my presence at the counter by giving me the "one moment" finger while he took care of a drive thru customer.. I stood there waiting around for about 5 minutes.. then another customer walked in.. she was there to get her order fixed because something was wrong.. I told her it may take a little while, that I had been waiting at the counter for over 5 min. and no one had taken my order yet..As we waited a few more minutes, another employee showed up behind the counter.. after removing his jacket he asked if we were all taken care of.. I said "Absolutely Not.. I have been waiting for over 5 minutes and no one has taken my order".. That immediately posed some sort of threat to this timid individual, because right away he put on a "Tough Guy Gangsta" persona.. He mumbled a few things under his breath after throwing away the lollipop he had been Sucking on.. there was no "I am sorry for the wait", or "well may I please take your order".. instead it was "well whatchu want ?" .. I ordered 3 items off the valu menu, the whole time keeping eye contact with this "street hood" which he was not very pleased about.. I then stated I felt it was ridiculous to have to wait over 5 min at the counter when there was no other customers there.. His response was "you seen I just walked in..." Well, to be honest, I didnt know if you were there to take an order, clean a toilet, or mop a floor, and frankly I didnt care, because I was referencing the other workers who were talking in the back while you were not there.. As he was having trouble making change from my $20 bill on my $3 + tax order, I maintained eye contact.. just a practice I like to uphold.. he then mumbled more street talk under his breath, which was when i grabbed the opportunity to ask him if something was wrong.. It was at that point he got frustrated trying to make change for my $20 bill that he said "I'd rather just give you your money back and you can go somewhere else" .. Me being a fairly even tempered individual agreed.. And while maintaining eye contact said "I will definitely take my money back".. He handed me my $20 .. I asked for a manager and he started demanding I leave before he called the police.. I laughed, then said "no really, go get the manager" and he stepped back to where they make the food and started yelling call the police.. other workers started coming over to where he was and he made a scene like he was gangsta, and needed his co-workers to hold him back.. I said "Call em' .. Not scared".. The manager then came out.. made him go to the back office.. oddly, the manager seemed a whole lot more pleasant and level headed than the wanna be O.G. calling for police back-up.. And lets be honest..if you're calling for the cops at Taco Bell, you'll be quick to roll over on your friends when something really goes down.. Gangsta you are NOT my friend.. Anyways, the manager on duty took my name and phone number since she refused to give me any contact info as I would like to discuss with either the Regional Manager or Corporate Offices the actions of their cashier.. I also mentioned to her if that cashier had any balls he would have called the cops, but he bitched out.. Eye contact says a lot in regards to if you are a man or boy.. I'll be back in soon enough to see how burrito...
Read moreWould give no stars if I could. Completely horrible and disgusting experience. Went on 5/24/25 to the Taco Bell on Orchard Park Rd in Orchard Park NY. And there was a tied bag in my daughter's double stacked taco. Luckily she asked for taco sauce on it, and that's when my husband noticed the bag. This should not be in anyone's food, let alone a child's. Went back to the restaurant to show them, and they thought it was one of their cheese or lettuce bags. Completely disgusting and unacceptable. Called the Taco Bell customer service number on 5/24/25, but they are only open M-F. So I wrote an email on 5/24/25 with NO response. Called the number back on 5/26/25 and all the number could pretty much say is they escalated the incident to upper management and they would contact me within 1-3 days. Never heard from them. Called the customer service number again on 5/29/25. And was told again that it was sent to an escalation team, and they would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Never heard from them. Called again on 6/2/25 spoke to someone else and they told me the same thing, that it was sent to management and that I would get a call. I also sent the picture to them. Also wrote another email on 6/2/25, with no response. Called again on 6/4/25, and was told again that someone would call. It took almost 2 weeks from the incident for someone to call to say a sorry.This is a completely horrible experience. Customer service is also horrible. Can't believe this is how this was handled by a corporation. Not only is this a health hazard, but non edible things should not be in peoples food. I would not recommend this...
Read moreWent to the orchard park location. Every part of my boyfriend and Is order was incorrect. Twice. Absolutely unsatisfactory and frustrating. Ended up leaving with we didn't even want.
My boyfriend is a vegetarian and asked for the 5 dollar meal deal with just cheese lettuce and tomato. The boy on the register rang it up as a different combo totalling about 9 dollars. Then when my boyfriend explained he wanted the other option the employee criticized him for not knowing the difference between combos. Okay people make mistakes and maybe he wasn't all there that day. That's fine. He then proceeds to to upcharge for tomatoes when my boyfriend asked for no meat, no beans. That's okay if it's probably company policy. But then for the order to come back with meat on all the tacos. That just isn't fair. If the employee was confused or thought my boyfriend was confused he could have easily asked questions. Then I went back up to order food for someone else in my party and to be nice tried getting three new tacos for my bf. I was willing to pay. Mistakes happen and I wanted to make everyone happy. I asked for 3 tacos with no meat, lettuce cheese, tomato hoping that simplifying the order and not going with a combo would make things easier. Come to find out when we get home that his tacos had just lettuce and cheese. So I myself got uncharged for tomatoes I didn't even get. Not only that but my own burrito had sour cream which I specifically asked for it not to be on.
Obviously this is extremely unacceptable and since we got home we weren't able to fix the order. Just writing this to warn people of the service at...
