Unquestionably the BEST service I have received at ANY Peterbilt dealership! Had an urgent issue pop-up on my truck while on the road, and not wanting to jeopardize canceling loads I looked at the Pete dealerships along my route. The first call I made was to the dealership with the highest rating (well deserved). Let me just tell you my luck. I called and spoke to Ethan, gave him the run down of my truck's symptoms. He suggested coming in to the shop to get looked at. Once arrived, Ethan immediately greeted me and asked me if I was the driver on the phone. He immediately got me written up, and as I was further discussing the issues, the Service Manager, Mike instructed me to pull my truck right up to the bay. They got me right in and running in about 3.5hrs! This is the 4th Pete dealership I've dealt with during my ownership, and because of their thoroughness and Mike's knowledge I've determined that my home dealership is no longer suited for my truck's needs. Mike kept me informed of the process and there were absolutely no surprises upon job completion. The workmanship was top notch and the professionalism was unmatched. It's about 20min West off I-81 but it's definitely worth stopping if you're concerned about uptime. This shop will now be my truck's preventative care go to and any other work that needs to be done. I was using this peterbilt dealership since they were Utica peterbilt. It changes names and everything was still great . Until Jeff and Mike the service manger left. Then Chris started as service manager. And the service changed his attitude is very different. I spend atleast 25000 to 30000 a year there. I talk to the head of the service mangers and he didn't care at all. There is alot more I could discuss. I would just be very careful on there quotes. I'm not a person that reviews alot but please be careful...

Place screwed me over charged me $400 and said replacing the vent cap would fix the problem. They had some ideas that would fix the problem and were told to go ahead and do it but they never did. Oh and where they say they are going to test drive your truck you may wanna go with them so you can see first hand on how bad he beats on your truck. Oh yeah and my original problem that I went in there for can back days later. Problem is fixed now by a different shop that had a clue and listened...
