Had a very bad experience at this store. First of all, it's not a "real" Verizon store according to the associate we talked to from Verizon. Every problem we had was very hard to fix because of this. We were told we had to trade in our phones the same day that we bought 3 new devices. We only decided to get the devices because of the trade-in deal. We spent $600 that day, and we waited and waited and waited for the credit for our used phones to come in. It never did after 6 MONTHS. After talking to several people representing Verizon, we found out our phones are STILL IN THE STORE! Someone never even shipped them out and it seemed to be hard to convince the Verizon associates at first that this was not our fault. The girl who helped us that day no longer works there even though she told us she had worked there for years. I also got a huge scratch on the back of my brand new phone before I even got any chance to touch it, which obviously happened before the phone was in my possession but because I left the building before quickly realizing the scratch was there, I was told they couldn't do anything. I promise you I was EXTREMELY careful when they handed me my new device and I was very upset to see the huge scratch just seconds after leaving the store. One last upsetting thing was the woman who helped us move files over to our new phones told me that everything had been accounted for. I even asked her if she was sure I didn't have to move anything else and she said yes. Then I later figure out ALL of my music is GONE. They were able to troubleshoot my device to get to work to the best of its abilities so I didnt have to go without a phone, to give my current network the 24-72 hour waiting period to unlock my device to transfer network providers. They were very knowledgable and I was shocked to learn Mason had only been working for Verizon for 1 week. Great Job training him, Jeremy! He did wonderful with all my questions and concerns.
