A mixed bag, Dr. Lombardo is wonderful but there’s one there that needs to retire. I went in for shoulder pain in 2021 and had a pretty good idea how it happened. He dismissed all of it, told me my shoulder injury was from my “bra wire” and to have my husband give me a back rub and gave me ibuprofen, what the actual f? I got a second opinion with a diagnosis from Physical Therapy. (Spoiler alert, it wasn’t my bra) I’ve complained to UHS patient relations but nobody cares, they just sent a passive aggressive letter to my house blaming the patient for my other complaint of my dr. not explaining my results after dumping it all into mychart lol. I’ve gotten better service in a fast food drive thru and you know what? When there’s a mistake, they fix it. Not blame the clientele or send a letter to their house, very weird behavior. I hate how hit or miss UHS is as a whole. I have so much patience and I’m honestly not one to complain but these fools have literally cost me hundreds of dollars, if not more, with not much to...

No excuse for incorrect hours listed in three places. Looked up. Google and the uhs website as well as their own door have conflicting hours apparently all of them wrong. Waste half hour. Now I have to waste more time to go back and more time on the phone to even find out when they feel like being open that day.

There was another person there waiting outside confused. They told them to be there at 745 for their appointment. They apparentlydont open till 8. Sure it sounds pretty. But don't be 20 min or an hour late to a Drs apt or you'll get charged and told you have to reschedule. The doctor basically dismissed my concerns . Didn’t know who scheduled the appt if I had a pain management appt the following day. I got the vibe that she thought I was seeking pain meds. I have no history of that. Didn’t even want that. The pain I was experiencing was different from my previous MRI . Wouldnt order one because we already had imaging. She basically said I had a pulled muscle . Went to pain management they ordered MRI after properly evaluating me, ruling out pulled muscle and believe it’s a pinched nerve.
