For fairness and perspective 9:17 phone call for take out knowing they close at 10:00. Attitude on the other end of phone should have deterred our order but when you are craving Chinese food why let a bad employee deter you? Order was ready on pick up just after 9:30. I guess its our bad for thinking the sweet and sour sauce would be included with sweet and sour chicken, as it is everywhere else? Or maybe it would have been with the crab rangoon (which was laughably small) which usually has the sauce. Mistakes happen, we all make them. This is definitely one of the nicest Asian American restaurants in the Owego/Tioga area. I’ve been going here for over a decade, and this family–owned spot has always been good to me. I’ve never seen a decline in their quality of food. There is a credit card minimum – which is completely understandable. I’ve always just brought cash. One star. Worth it. If you ordered food somewhere and showed up and they said we can only give you part of the order but still pay the entire price would you go back again? It’s simple.
