Called the Hicksville location before going to find out if they installed new batteries into my three car jump packs. Dominick L. was absolutely amazing. They were not the easiest installs especially my Matco ps2222js charger. Extremely professional and friendly. Went there two days in a row and spent a total of over $900on home batteries, a new phone screen protector, phone case, flashlights, fuel additives for my vehicles as well as the above batteries for my car jump chargers. Extremely neat and clean store with employees who cannot do enough to assist you. They will get all of my business on my home, power tool equipment and vehicles that are battery related. Even have accessories to enhance your vehicle. Dominick even suggested an LED light assembly for my garage when I told him light was an issue.. I was willing to spend $200 to get more light in that area but Dominick suggested a $39.95 assembly that worked oerfectly. Furthermore, the screen on my I-Phone 14 was cracked. I was ready to do an expensive repair. Dominick looked at my phone, asked permission to take my screen protector off. The only thing that was damaged was the screen protector. He could have grabbed me for an expensive repair, but he is honest beyond belief . There is no reason to go to your local mechanic or dealership to have key fob batteries or engine batteries replaced. They do it all and have price options. It is truly your one stop place to shop! I ordered the X2 35 AGM battery over the weekend and I scheduled the battery install the following Wednesday. The morning of the install, I was early, so I went to get gas, and then could not start my car after filling up. AAA tried but could not jump start my car. Thinking it was not my battery, I called Batteries Plus to cancel my appointment and inquired about a refund since my next step was going to get my car towed to the dealership for repair. Rocco suggested we swap out the old battery with the new and see if that works - he offered to come to where I was stranded. Lo and behold, it worked! I went with Rocco back to the Hicksville Batteries Plus store to complete my paperwork since I get a refund with old battery deposit. Dominic and Joe were very knowledgable about the X2 battery and provided all sorts of useful information. There is no reason to go to any other location for your AGM battery needs than at the Hicksville Batteries Plus because they were professional, wanted to help and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I have a 2018 Ram 1500 and the site recommended a 12-Volt Duracell Ultra Gold SLI94RH7M car and truck battery with 790 Cold Cranking Amps (CCA). I watched Dominick at the Hicksville store quickly install it and it fit perfectly. He explained everything very clearly while installing it and even checked the original OEM battery which showed only about 47 % capacity. The old battery was even rated on the battery at less cranking amps. The new Duracell has a handle on it similar to the old OEM battery. Dominick showed me around the store and I was amazed by the range of batteries and related accessories. They even fix iPhones.
