Poor quality mobile microphone. Sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. Had to jump through hoops to get in touch with someone in customer service. FINALLY made contact and was told that basically, there wasn't much they could do. After some going back and fourth they finally agreed to send us a peace offering. I call it that because it certainly wasn't a replacement, not even close. I originally paid over $400 for mobile microphones. Their offer to make up for them not working was a hand held microphone...that's it, a hand held microphone with a cord worth $70. And nothing else. After some pushback, they agree to throw in a tripod stand for said microphone. We received everything this week and....the microphone doesn't even fit the stand they sent us. I am a little hesitant to even bother reaching out again because from start to finish last time, I spent about three months on the issue. It's a bummer because it cost us time, money, and energy which is something a small business is running short...

Multiple phone calls and multiple support tickets put in on their site (which in their words is the quickest way to get a help) and absolutely no response. I've run Hartke heads and cabs since the early 90's and all I have now is problems with both sides of their products. They have become as unreliable as their customer service.    Read moreContact them with no response via website. The website is glitchy and doesn’t want to have inquiries submitted. When you call them it will ALWAYS say they’re too busy to talk to you, to go to website. And if the website even lets you submit, you’ll be lucky to get a response in weeks or ever.
Due to the lack of support, I will never own a Samson product and neither will any of my friends or family or their friends and families. It’s too easy to have a good company for anyone to deal with this...
