This one of a kind butcher shop / deli ready foods. Amazing NY strip steaks 🥩 Eddie, Kurt, & Mike not to forget the wonderful folks working behind the scenes in the back of the shop. I frequent this great venue several times a week. The quality of the food there is impeccable, there hasn’t been a time I was disappointed not one! The sandwich’s, hero’s which I get cut into 4’s for the beach 🏖 always spot on delicious. People on the beach love it when I pass these around. By having them cut for the beach is the best for handling. Eddie & Mike score big with the quality of the products. I suggest Dartagnan strip steak home run Wagyu Japanese Beef available as well sometimes beef hanger steaks, pounded pork cutlet on the bone simply said amazing flavor. Don’t forget their fried chicken for the beach dinner great fa the children. Oh and the hot peppers 🌶 another crazy good addition. I been dealing with these folks for over fourth years won’t got to local supermarkets for my meats hands down that family has high quality food standards, 54years in food business now retired. I also had a delicious sandwich and found the staff to be quite friendly, but if you are from out of town, understand things run at a different pace here. If you are in a hurry, call in ahead of time or just come with some patience.

They have prepared meats in the showcase ready to be popped in an oven or put on the stove (I.e. chicken cordon blue, pork Milanese, etc), prepared sides (potato and macaroni salads, cole slaw, etc.), but also know that they can make custom dishes and provide cuts off meat not shown in the front case (just call in ahead of time for custom dishes).
